Most of our jewelry is made using high-quality stainless steel as the base metal, finished with 18K gold plating, and then sealed with a protective anti-tarnish coating.
That combination is intentional.
Stainless steel is strong, holds its shape well, and is more resistant to corrosion than many common fashion jewelry metals. The gold plating gives the piece its color and finish, while the anti-tarnish coating helps protect that finish from everyday wear.
The goal isn’t to create fine jewelry or investment pieces.
The goal is simpler than that.
Jewelry that looks good, feels solid in hand, and actually makes sense to wear regularly.

Our jewelry is water-resistant, not waterproof.
That distinction matters.
Water-resistant means things like washing your hands or getting caught in the rain are usually fine.
But repeated long exposure — showers, swimming pools, salt water, hot tubs — will slowly affect plated jewelry over time.
That’s not specific to our brand. It’s true for almost all gold-plated jewelry.
The good news is that simple habits make a big difference.

Just don’t wear it 24/7.
This is another question that comes up a lot.
The anti-tarnish coating helps slow down oxidation and fading, but plated jewelry still reacts to everyday life.

Nickel is one of the most common causes of jewelry irritation, so we avoid it entirely.

Ordering & Payments
All prices on the website are shown in USD (United States Dollars).
Even though Craftify Creations operates from India, we built the website primarily for customers in the United States.
If your bank account uses a different currency, your bank may apply a small currency conversion fee. That part is handled by the bank, not by us.
Orders only move forward once payment has been completed and verified.
If a payment fails or cannot be verified, the order does not enter processing.

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers.
We do not store card numbers or payment details on our servers. That information stays within the payment processor’s secure systems.

Sometimes payment providers run automatic fraud checks.
This can happen if:
- the billing and shipping address don’t match

At the moment, we ship within the United States.
The reason is simple.
Focusing on one region helps us keep delivery timelines more predictable and customer support easier to manage.
Orders are prepared and dispatched within 2–3 business days.
After dispatch, delivery usually takes around 12–15 business days.
Sometimes earlier. Occasionally slightly longer.
International shipping moves through several stages before reaching your door, so delivery times are always estimates rather than guarantees.
Your order moves through multiple steps:
- dispatch from our fulfillment location
- international transit
- customs clearance
- handover to a US delivery partner
- final delivery
Most delays, when they happen, occur during customs or local delivery handover.
Shipping is a flat $20 USD.
The full cost appears at checkout before payment.

All duties and import taxes for deliveries to the United States are already included in the price you see at checkout.
Customers are not asked to pay extra customs charges upon delivery.
Returns, Refunds & Warranty
We offer a 30-day return window starting from the delivery date.
Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging.
The return request needs to be approved by our support team before sending the item back.
For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings cannot normally be returned once delivered.
However, if an earring arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will absolutely resolve the issue.
Yes.
Every piece of Craftify Creations jewelry includes a 3-month warranty starting from the delivery date.
This covers manufacturing issues like:
- faulty clasps
- broken links
- stones falling out due to manufacturing faults
- unusual early discoloration
Normal wear, accidental damage, and chemical exposure are not covered.
Jewelry Care (The Honest Version)
Jewelry lasts longer when people understand what affects it.
The short version is simple:
Wear it often.
Just don’t wear it constantly.
Avoid long water exposure.
Put jewelry on after perfume and lotions.
Store it somewhere dry.
Wipe it with a soft cloth once in a while.
That’s really enough to keep most pieces looking good for a long time
