Here’s the deal on our product warranty — no complicated language, just the important parts.
Every piece of Craftify Creations jewelry comes with a 3-month warranty, starting the day your order is delivered.
This warranty applies to the original purchaser and requires proof of purchase.
What’s covered?
We stand behind our products. If you notice a manufacturing defect or quality issue that isn’t caused by normal wear or accidental damage, the item may be eligible for a warranty claim.
Examples include:
- Clasps or closures that don’t work properly
- Broken links or structural faults
- Stones or parts falling off due to manufacturing issues
- Plating that fades or discolors unusually early
If you notice something like this, reach out and we’ll review the issue.
What’s not covered?
Jewelry is meant to be worn, and some wear over time is normal.
The warranty does not cover:
- Regular scratches or signs of wear
- Drops, bumps, or accidental damage
- Improper storage
- Contact with chemicals, perfumes, or cleaning products
- Pulling, bending, or rough handling
- Lost or stolen pieces
How to make a claim
If you believe your item has a warranty issue, email us at

Please include:
- Your order number
- A short description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the problem
This helps us review the claim faster.
How claims are reviewed
All warranty requests are reviewed individually.
If the issue is confirmed as a manufacturing defect within the 3-month period, we will offer either:
- A replacement item (subject to availability), or
- A refund to the original payment method
The resolution depends on product availability and the nature of the issue.
About replacements
Replacement items are shipped using our standard shipping method.
The original warranty period does not restart or extend after a replacement is issued.
