Order processing & preparation
Business days are Monday to Friday. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
During peak seasons, holidays, or promotional periods, processing may take slightly longer. If your order is affected by an unexpected delay, we will contact you by email and keep you informed.
Once an order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
Where we ship
At the moment, Craftify Creations ships to customers across the United States only.
We chose to focus on the US so we can maintain consistent delivery timelines and reliable customer support.
Estimated delivery time
After dispatch, the estimated delivery time is 12–15 business days.
This is an average delivery window based on previous shipments. Some orders arrive earlier, while others may take slightly longer depending on factors outside our control.
International shipping involves multiple logistics partners, customs processing, and local postal services. Because of this, delivery timelines are always estimates rather than guaranteed dates.
Why international delivery takes time
Your order travels through several stages before it reaches your doorstep:
- Dispatch from our fulfillment facility
- Dispatch from our fulfillment facility
- Customs clearance
- Transfer to local delivery partner in the United States
- Final delivery to your address
Most delays, when they occur, happen during customs processing or during handover to the local delivery network.
Shipping fee
We charge a flat shipping fee of $20 USD for all orders.
The full shipping cost is shown at checkout before payment is completed. There are no hidden shipping charges added later.
Duties and import taxes
All duties and import taxes for deliveries to the United States are included in the final price you pay at checkout.
You will not be asked to pay additional customs fees when the package arrives.
Tracking your order
When your order ships, a tracking email is sent automatically to the email address used during checkout.
Tracking updates may not appear immediately. It can take a few days for the first update to show while the package moves through international transit.
Once the package reaches the United States, tracking updates usually become more frequent.
If you cannot find your tracking email or need help understanding the tracking status, you can contact our support team at any time.
Address accuracy & delivery responsibility
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
If you notice a mistake in your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order so we can attempt to update it before the order ships.
Once an order has been shipped, address changes are not always possible.
Delivery delays
While most orders arrive within the estimated timeframe, delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside our control, such as:
- Customs inspections
- Severe weather conditions
- Public holidays
- Transportation disruptions
- High seasonal shipping volumes

Lost or undelivered packages
If a package is confirmed as lost in transit, customers are eligible for a replacement or a full refund.
We work with our shipping partners to investigate delivery issues and resolve them as quickly as possible.
